COMMON QUESTIONS

  • For all packages: photos of your space, any existing floor plans or drawings, inspirational imagery if you have any.

  • Most Concept Packages are delivered within 3–4 weeks of the brief call. Spatial Reviews within 5 business days. Please note, if your space is more complicated or larger, this timeframe will increase. Expected custom timing will be outlined.

  • Not at the moment. My packages cover conceptual design, spatial planning, and material & fixtures direction. If your project requires construction documentation, or a certifier, I can point you toward the right people - but that work sits outside what I offer for now.

  • Not at all. The Spatial Review and Concept Package are both fully remote. If you're renovating or building anywhere in Australia and want concept-level design thinking, we can work together entirely by video call and digital documentation.

  • Yes - the packages are designed to be handed to a builder or trades team. The spatial plan, elevations, and finishes schedule give them enough to quote from. The material palette and fixtures direction are indicative rather than product-specific, so your builder can source accordingly. If you choose the Design Development package, there will be more extensive information the builder can use.

  • Yes, for projects within the scope of interior design - spatial layouts, interior elevations, and documentation of non-structural changes. Where a project involves structural changes such as removing or altering load-bearing walls, a registered structural engineer will need to be engaged alongside the interior design work. A private certifier or council certifier will also need to issue any Construction Certificate before work can begin. If you're unsure what your project might require beyond interior design, that's exactly the kind of thing a discovery call is for.
