Spatial Review
From $1,500 + GST
For people who have a specific problem and need a clear answer. One room, one layout that isn't working, one spatial question you can't resolve on your own.
You send me your existing plans or photos. I review everything, think spatially, and come back to you with a considered response that includes written recommendations, diagrammatic sketches, and a video call to walk through my thinking.

Concept Package
From $4,500. Most projects $5,500-$8,000
A complete design direction for your home. Delivered as a document you can hand to your builder and say: this is the vision.
I begin with your brief and the spatial plan - always. From that foundation I build the full visual and material direction: how the rooms could feel, what they could be made of, and what the finished home could look like. Clear, intelligent thinking and visuals your trades can work from.
What you receive
— Inspirational imagery establishing the atmosphere and feeling of your home
— Spatial floor plan drawn around how you live, not how a developer planned it
— Material palette with indicative surfaces, textures, and finishes
— Fixtures direction with indicative tapware, lighting, and hardware
— Elevations showing key walls, proportions, indicative joinery, and vertical design langauge
— Spatial 3D render allowing you to feel the space before it’s built
— Two video calls outlining design brief and concept presentation
— One round of revisions included

Concept & Design Development
From $9,000. Quoted per project
Everything in the Concept Package, plus a deeper development phase for clients who want the design vision protected as the project moves toward construction.
After the concept is approved, I continue working. I refine drawings to a level suitable for briefing trades, developing detailed joinery direction, and selecting finishes and fixtures. This is the Design Development phase: the thinking that sits between the concept and the build.
What you receive: everything in the concept package, PLUS
— Refined floor plan & elevations suitable for briefing trades
— Detailed joinery direction for key cabinetry and built-in elements
— Additional 3D renders for two to three key rooms
— Finishes & Fixtures schedule with selections for builders to use and price from
— Design availability during builder’s pricing phase to help lower budget if needed

The Spatial Review and Concept Package are both fully deliverable to clients anywhere in Australia. No site visit required.
Remote projects work well when clients can provide good photographs, existing plans, and a clear brief. I conduct everything by video call and deliver all documentation digitally.
